We are a family owned company located in Smithfield VA. Rodney and Trina are a husband and wife team committed to quality. Trina has been in the medical field for over 30 years. She saw the need for reliable Non Emergency Transportation in the Hampton Roads area. Too often transportation was hours late or a complete "no show", leaving people stranded for hours.
In response to the need Live Free NEMT was formed.

We use mini vans and love them:
Why do we love the mini van? Well its simple, the mini van is a comfortable ride for our clients. They are lower to the ground, so loading and unloading is much easier for them. Its not too big and not too small. Its roomy and has extra seating for Attendants and family members. Its cozy, but not too tight. We feel its just right! That's why we love the mini van.
